We have positions available over 4 different shifts. Our shifts are 3 day work week to assist with a better work-life balance!

Available shifts:

• Monday-Wednesday (Days) 7am-7pm - $14.00 per hour
• Thursday-Saturday (Days) 7am-7pm - $15.00 per hour
• Monday-Wednesday (Nights) 7pm-7am - $17.00 per hour
• Thursday-Saturday (Nights)7pm-7am - 18.00 per hour

JOB SUMMARY

An Assembler works as an effective member of a team to assemble product in a timely manner according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality guidelines to produce quality products. This position requires the ability to complete routine operations on a continual basis.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform a specific step of the manufacturing process as part of a team, according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and training to produce quality product.
2. Inspect the quality of the materials and work in process.
3. Produce product in a timely manner as outlined by department supervision and management.
4. Operate any equipment, tools, fixtures, etc. needed to perform the assigned job.
5. Clean and sterilize cells and totes.
6. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.

AUTHORITY

1. Request necessary supplies and resources required to complete the jobs assigned.
2. Alert supervision of problems with materials, tools, fixtures, machinery, etc.
3. Suggest improved or alternate methods of assembling product.

Experience and Skills:

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Able to perform routine tasks on a continuing basis.
2. Able to correctly use required tools, fixtures, machines, etc. involved in the manufacturing process.
3. Able to correctly inspect according to instructions, engineering drawings, and training.
4. Able to recognize quality problems with materials and work in process.
5. Able to complete an inspection step in a timely manner as outlined by leadership,
6. Good work attendance and dependability.
7. Able to communicate and work with others as a team.
8. If working nights or shifts with minimal supervision, must pass a criminal background check.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and depth perception.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Majority of time spent at a workstation on a production line as part of a team assembling product. May need to operate machinery or use tools and/or fixtures as part of the assembly process.
