Job Description:

Purchasing/Accounting Administrator position available at Katecho, a fast-paced and dynamic medical device manufacturer in Des Moines, IA. Duties will include a wide variety of duties within the purchasing & accounting departments to verify orders are entered accurately and processed correctly. The day-to-day job includes talking to customers, coordinating with internal teammates on shipping, inventory, scheduling and accounting, processing change orders, verifying shipments are completed accurately and filing invoices. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, be accurate, thorough and diligent, and understand the dynamics of a manufacturing environment.



Experience and Skills:

Requirements for the positions include 2+ yrs general administrative function, strong attention to detail, ability to interact with customers, read, write and speak English and have basic computer skills.


Office Hours: M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
